My bestest gal pal Darcy introduced us to this easy, no-bake treat when we celebrated Pi Day together. We’re silly and celebrate fun days like that. When I brought a slice home, my husband immediately requested I make a whole one in the near future!

So, I’ve recreated it at home to see if mine would turn out just as scrumptious… and it did! I tweaked the recipe slightly by giving my pie a dusting of a little cacao powder and powdered sugar mixture on top – other than that, the recipe was passed on to me by her.

Here’s what you need:
- 1 Graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 box cream cheese (or 4 oz.)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 container of whipped cream (8 oz.)
- Optional: cacao powder for top

Directions:
Mix cream cheese and peanut butter together in stand mixer or with a handheld mixer. Add powdered sugar, then whipped cream. Pour into graham cracker pie crust and set in fridge to chill for a couple hours until firm. Sprinkle on extra powdered sugar and cacao if you so desire.

Make this up for your next holiday or just because! It’s an easy make that takes very little fuss and is so deliciously yummy you’ll be sure to impress.
