Unfortunately for me, my kiddos aren’t really into sandwiches (yay, they make it so easy, right ?!?!?) So I’ll post a few lunches that are “kid approved.” Here are some examples of non-sandwich lunches that I’ve been given the “thumbs up” of approval on. Note: Many of these can be made in bulk and frozen to use throughout the month. I simply defrost the “main course” in the fridge overnight and heat it in the toaster oven in the morning. Also, many of these can easily be made gluten free by swapping out one or two of the items. Hope this helps y’all in your lunch making endeavors!
Chocolate milk, cheese-stick, CLIF bar, baby carrots, pretzel thins, peanut butter and apples
GoGo Squeez fruit and veggie pouch, 100% fruit juice, cranberry almond chicken salad and lettuce to make wraps and a mandarin orange
