In need of a yummy bread to go along with your Italian dinner but pressed for time? Look no further! This bread mixes up in one bowl and only needs an hour of rise time and 30 minutes of baking, making it a much quicker option (in the bread world). It also only requires a handful of ingredients as well!

For the Dough:
• 1 1/2 cups warm water
• 3 tbs. Olive oil
• 1 1/4 tsp. Salt
• 3 1/2 cups AP flour
• 1 tbs. Yeast

Now for the toppings, you can definitely get creative with it, but here is what I use…
Toppings:
• Minced garlic (3-4 cloves)
• Handful of fresh rosemary
• Handful of fresh oregano
• Sprinkling of sea salt

Combine dough ingredients + mix until combined. Dump dough into an oiled baking dish, spread out with your hands until the dough reaches all corners of the dish. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 375⁰ – after 1 hour, poke holes all over, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on toppings. Bake for 30 minutes. I topped ours with a little butter while it cooled. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
