Most mornings, we’re too stressed to get out the door on time, we don’t have a filling, nutritious breakfast. Or, we grab some unhealthy convenient food from a fast food joint because it’s easy. Plan ahead with a few simple steps on the weekend, and you can enjoy a delicious, and nutritious breakfast all week.
- Tub of Yogurt of your liking (I used fat free Vanilla)
- 1 cup granola with flaxseed and chia seeds
- Fresh berries – blackberries, blueberries, strawberries or even figs!
- Mason jars with lids
Layer ingredients starting with 1/2 cup yogurt on the bottom, a handful of granola, then a heaping handful of fruit on top. Store in fridge and enjoy throughout the week! Makes 3, but you can always double the recipe!
